College and University Representatives
Every year at our conference, MN Thespians welcomes dozens of colleges and universities and offers them the opportunity to meet, greet, and audition many of the best high school theater students in the state. Find out here how your institution can get in on the fun! CONFERENCE 2024 is January 13 and 14 at PiM Arts High School.
During conference, registered institutions participate in our Unified College Auditions. High school Juniors and Seniors attending conference sign up to present a two-minute performance audition or a technical portfolio presentation to a panel of college and university representatives. Following the auditions, schools post call-backs lists of students they'd like to speak with, and students are invited to visit the colleges' tables for a conversation.
This is a wonderful opportunity for our students to gain exposure to a variety of schools, and for colleges to meet potential students.

Levels of Participation
When you register your college or university to attend our conference, you will be asked what Level of Participation you'd like. We have two Levels, plus two additional ala carte options.
LEVEL ONE ($150)
A display table in our college vendor area, with easy access to students
Participation in our Unified College Auditions
A digital ad in our mobile event app
LEVEL TWO ($250)
All of the benefits of Level One participation, plus
A digital ad on the MN Thespian website for up to one year.
LEVEL THREE ($500)
All of the benefits of Levels One & Two participation, plus
Your college/university logo on the official 2022 conference t-shirt.
A personalized shout-out during our opening or closing ceremony.
If you would be willing to lead a workshop at conference for our high school students, you will receive an $80 discount on your registration.
One display table is included in your registration. Additional tables can be rented for $25 each.
Additional Sponsorship Option: Sponsor a Meal at Conference
Another awesome option to be seen and heard is sponsoring one of our meals at conference. Meal sponsorship includes signage recognizing your organization as a sponsor, an announcement at the beginning of the meal, and 3-5 minutes for a representative from your organization to talk with the whole group. The price is dependent upon the type of meal you'd like to sponsor and the labor needed to arrange the meal.
If you express interest in this option, our sponsorship coordinator will contact you directly to discuss options and pricing.
Other Important Information
Invoicing: Colleges and universities will be invoiced using PayPal. The invoice will be sent to the email address you included on your registration form. If you would prefer the invoice be sent to someone else as well, please include his/her email address in the "Other" line when you choose your Level of Participation.
Ads: Once we have received your registration through this form, we will email you guidelines for submitting ads and artwork for our event mobile app, our website, and our t-shirt. This message will also include instructions on how to submit ads/artwork.
